Sean Anthony keeps busy with family duties with PBA on hiatus

MANILA, Philippines—Sean Anthony is known for his tireless, all-around effort on the court and it’s no surprise that the NorthPort Batang Pier star is also as active when he’s with his family.

With the PBA on hiatus and entire Luzon island placed under “enhanced community quarantine” since Monday due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most coaches and players like Anthony are using the time off by spending quality time with their families.

Keeping Anthony on his toes is his three children—all boys—who seemed to have gotten their father’s unrelenting energy.

“My whole day is mostly spent keeping my three little boys busy without tearing down the house,” the 34-year-old Anthony said in a story on the PBA website.

“It’s super challenging keeping them active. I’ve been building obstacle courses, forts and have a lot of pillow fights,” he added.

Apart from babysitting, Anthony also has his hands full doing other household chores like cooking.

“We all help out in everything. My wife does majority of the cooking but recently, I made burgers for lunch,” said Anthony, who was included in the PBA Mythical First Team during the 44th Leo Awards earlier this month.
