Greg Slaughter may have taken a hiatus from the PBA but there’s no stopping the towering center from playing the game he loves.

Not even the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is keeping Slaughter from working on his game in the US along with his former Barangay Ginebra teammate Chris Ellis.

Slaughter, though, seems to be fully aware of the precautions based on his hashtag.

“Living the dream. #IsolatedGym,” Slaughter wrote on Instagram where he posted a photo of him shooting a jumper from the perimeter while Ellis waits for a rebound near the basket.

Early last month, the 7-foot Slaughter announced his break from basketball as his contract with the Gin Kings expired.

A month later, he started to pictures of him working out with Ellis working out on social media.

Slaughter, the Best Player of the Conference in the 2017 Governors’ Cup, was drafted first overall in the 2013 draft by Ginebra, where he won four titles.
