Big games up on NBA Premium TV
THE HOMESTRETCH of the lockout-shortened NBA regular season is at hand and teams start jockeying for one big playoff push before April 27.
NBA Premium TV will air the most crucial games in the first two weeks of April starting with three “live” games on April Fool’s Day featuring the Los Angeles Lakers against the New Orleans Hornets at 3:30 a.m., the New York Knicks-Charlotte Bobcats game at 7:30 a.m., and the New Jersey Nets-Sacramento Kings match at 10 a.m.
Four games will be aired live on April 2 highlighted by the battle between the top teams in the East and West, the Chicago Bulls and the Oklahoma City Thunder, at 1 a.m. The Miami Heat and the Boston Celtics renew their rivalry at 3:30 a.m., to be followed by the Denver-Orlando game at 6 and the Minnesota-Portland tiff at 9.
The Bulls will be in action again on April 3, this time against the Rockets, who are locked in a battle with the Jazz and the Nuggets for the last playoff slot in the West.
