MANILA, Philippines—PBA has extended its help in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic to several cities in Luzon.
The league on Tuesday said it has donated sets of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to hospitals in Pasig, Antipolo, and Biñan after all teams committed contributions to the cause of donating P1 million worth of PPEs.
These cities are home to venues like Philsports Arena, Ynares Center and Alonte Sports Center where the PBA regularly holds its games.

PBA commissioner Willie Marcial said that the PBA will continue its donation drive to cities of Pasay and municipality of Talisay in Batangas.
The league also plans to send donations to Veterans’ Hospital, National Center for Mental Health and Batangas Provincial Hospital, among others.
Earlier, the PBA vowed to take care of its non-regular personnel who don’t receive regular monthly wages.
