MANILA, Philippines — Most athletes have been trying to stay in shape by working out at home during the lockdown.
More than two months since the community quarantine and it looks like volleyball star Alyssa Valdez hasn’t lost a step and even added more bounce to her game.

It’s no secret how athletic Valdez is and it’s not surprising that she can actually dunk a basketball.
Still, the 5-foot-9 Valdez throwing it down with two hands off a lob from her longtime beau Kiefer Ravena as seen on the video is nothing but impressive.
Thirdy, who knows about a thing or two about dunks, approves as well.
