MANILA, Philippines — The NBA’s anonymous hotline, which is for reporting protocol violations inside the league’s campus in Orlando, has been very busy, to say the least.

One of the many calls that reportedly came was a “disturbance complaint” at the hotel where the Miami Heat stay.

According to TNT’s Chris Haynes, a complaint was made during the quarantine period last week due to “a loud thumping” heard from the hotel.

The noise turned out to be coming from the room of Heat star Jimmy Butler, who had been dribbling inside his room.

“Sources told me that the security guard went over to investigate, found the room, knocked on the room and who opened the door? It was Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler drenched in sweat with the practice gear on from head to toe. He was dribbling a basketball throughout his room the whole time,” Haynes said.

Butler is known for his work ethic and competitive nature and it’s no surprise that he kept himself busy practicing even when stuck in his hotel room.
