Spectators not allowed in non-contact sports

Noncontact sports and exercises are okay, but onlookers are not.

The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases has barred spectators from areas where noncontact sports and exercises are allowed.

Under IATF Resolution No. 56, the prohibition covers onlookers for noncontact sports and exercises in general community quarantine (GCQ) areas and modified GCQ areas.

These noncontact sports and exercises include walking, jogging, running, biking, golf, swimming, tennis, badminton, equestrian, range shooting and skateboarding. —Julie M. Aurelio
