MANILA, Philippines — Adamson University bolstered its wing positions after landing Joaquin Jaymalin from Ateneo High School.

Falcons assistant coach Don Allado announced the development on his Twitter account Sunday.

The Blue Eaglets skipper is expected provide shooting and size at either the shooting guard or small forward spots for Adamson come UAAP Season 83.

Standing at 6-foot-1, Jaymalin averaged 6.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.1 assists for the Blue Eaglets in Season 82, wherein they finished third.

The 18-year-old shooter will join a squad that features perimeter threats in Jerrick Ahanmisi, Joem Sabandal, and AP Manlapaz.

Adamson earlier recruited 6-foot-2 guard Jhon Calisay and 6-foot-5 forward RV Yanes from Technological Institute of the Philippines.
