Landero, int’l softball Hall of Famer; 84

ERIBERTO “Bert” Landero, an International Softball Federation Hall of Famer who brought the 1972 and 1992 World men’s softball championship to the country, died after a cardiac arrest on April 4. He was 84.

The former marksman who represented the country in the 40th World Shooting Championships in Arizona in 1970 will be interred tomorrow at the Libingan ng mga Bayani. His remains are at the family residence at 207 Acacia Street, Comembo, Makati. Marc Anthony Reyes
