MIAMI — LeBron James scored 19 points, grabbed nine rebounds and passed out a team-high five assists on Friday to power the Miami Heat past Charlotte 105-82, handing the Bobcats a 15th consecutive NBA loss.
Chris Bosh added 18 points and Dexter Pittman 16 points for the Heat, who improved to 41-17, the second-best record in the Eastern Conference to league-leading Chicago.
The Bobcats saw their NBA-worst record slide to 7-51 despite 21 points and nine rebounds from Derrick Brown and 14 from Gerald Henderson.
