Ababou leads UST AB Gantimpala honorees
DYLAN Ababou of Barangay Ginebra and 15 others were honored recently in the 2nd UST AB Gantimpala Awards at the Cory Aquino-Kalayaan Hall of the Club Filipino in San Juan.
Ababou was a vital cog of the 2004 Burlington-RP Youth squad that won the Seaba Jrs crown in Lucena, Quezon.
Sports patron Burlington BioFresh was a major sponsor and exhibitor of the event organized by the University of Santo Tomas Arts and Letters Alumni Association.

Diliman College cage tryouts
DILIMAN College will hold its men’s basketball tryouts tomorrow starting at 9 a.m. inside the Diliman Preparatory School along Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
Head coach Dayong Mendoza, former member of the coaching staff of Shell, Purefoods and B-Meg in the PBA, will conduct the tryouts.

Alas coaching seminar
MULTITITLED coach Louie Alas of Letran will conduct a three-day free coaching seminar starting tomorrow at the Muntinlupa Sports Complex.
Alas, who also had coaching stints with the national team, PBA, the defunct MBA and PBL, and Asean Basketball League, is conducting the clinic under the sports program of Muntinlupa Mayor Aldrin San Pedro and sports coordinator Erick Ramirez.
