MANILA, Philippines — Sitting virtually at courtside has been the closest thing a fan can get to experiencing watching an NBA game live since the league’s season restart.
Alyssa Valdez was among the virtual fans Monday when the Los Angeles Lakers faced the Houston Rockets in Game 2 of their Western Conference semifinals series at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
The volleyball star, though, wasn’t alone in her virtual seat with her dog Blake also enjoying the action.

If not for the pandemic, Game 2 would’ve been played at Staples Center in Los Angeles.
The Lakers, though, did not disappoint their fans after beating the Rockets, 117-109, to tie the series behind LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
James flirted with a triple-double, collecting 28 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists while Davis had 34 points and 10 rebounds.
