Goran Dragic suffers torn plantar fascia, but return still likely—report
MANILA, Philippines—Goran Dragic reportedly suffered a torn plantar fascia in his left foot, forcing him to leave the game early in the opener of the NBA Finals between Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday.
But according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Dragic hasn’t ruled out a return in Game 2 on Saturday (Manila time) as the Heat’s star guard “has been able to put pressure” on his injured foot.

Dragic played for 14:50 and finished with six points, on 3-of-8 shooting, with three assists and two steals.
The Heat played hurt in Game 1 with Bam Adebayo suffering a left shoulder strain while Jimmy Butler battled through pain after rolling his left ankle in the second quarter.
Los Angeles eventually took a 1-0 series lead after a dominant 116-98 win.
