Star setter Jia Morado engaged to longtime boyfriend
MANILA, Philippines—Former Ateneo star Jia Morado got engaged to longtime boyfriend Miguel De Guzman on Thursday.
The multi-titled setter took to Instagram to announce the engagement, saying it was a “wish came true.”
“On October 1, at exactly 11:11 am, my wish came true,” posted Morado Thursday.

De Guzman and Morado started their relationship while both were still students in Ateneo.
Congratulations immediately poured for the couple from close friends to volleyball fans.

Morado played four years for the Lady Eagles winning two UAAP titles and one Best Setter plum before transitioning to the Premier Volleyball League where she had three championships.
