MANILA, Philippines — Gilas Pilipinas will have one less thing worry about heading into its clash against regional rival Thailand in the second window of the Fiba Asia Cup 2021 Qualifiers in Manama, Bahrain.
A young Philippines side plays Thailand on Friday and Monday with the Thais missing their crack guard Tyler Lamb.
The 6-foot-5 Lamb was not included in Thailand’s 10-man roster, which is composed of professional players.

Lamb has been exceptional as Thailand’s go-to guy for quite some time now.
The Thai-American, who played college ball at UCLA and Long Beach State, led Thailand’s gallant stand against powerhouse Korea in the February window of the qualifiers.
The 29-year-old guard had 28 points and 12 rebounds in a 93-86 loss.
Gilas, on the other hand, blew out Indonesia, 100-70, in the first window.
