MANILA, Philippines—Filipino import Thirdy Ravena is back into the fold with San-en NeoPhoenix after recovering from COVID-19.

The 23-year-old forward, who has since tested negative for the virus during the mandatory 14-day quarantine period, rejoined his team’s practices.

“Thirdy Ravena is back in practice,” posted the NeoPhoenix in its Facebook account Friday.

“Thirdy Ravena met the standards of the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare and he’s received notification of cancelation of his home medical treatment from the medical institution in Toyohashi. He’s tested negative for COVID-19, so he’s back in practice.”

San-en will travel to Hokkaido for its game against Levanga Hokkaido and will try to improve on its 2-17 record.

Ravena, who tested positive last November 27, also posted his travel ticket to Hokkaido as he rejoins the NeoPhoenix.

“In addition, he will go to Hokkaido with his teammates. We would like to inform whether he participates in the match later,” posted the NeoPhoenix. “We really appreciate all those who support Thirdy Ravena.”
