The Hornets drew a career-high 27 points from rookie point guard LaMelo Ball.

Antetokounmpo scored 34 points with 18 rebounds and nine assists.

Ball, selected third overall by the Hornets in the 2020 NBA Draft last November, also had five rebounds, nine assists and four steals.
