WWE: Edge wins Royal Rumble in triumphant return

MANILA, Philippines — The first man in the ring was also the last man standing.
Edge on Monday (Manila time) became the third person in WWE history to win the Royal Rumble after entering at number one.
It was a triumphant return for Edge, who eliminated Randy Orton to win the match and book a ticket to WrestleMania.

Before making a comeback at the Royal Rumble, Edge had been sidelined with an injury since last year’s Backlash.

The Rumble also marked the return of Seth Rollins and Christian.
Meanwhile, Bianca Belair outlasted 29 others to rule the women’s Royal Rumble.
