PVL finds new broadcast home, inks deal with Cignal TV
MANILA, Philippines—The Premier Volleyball League will have a new home on the airwaves.
Sports Vision Management Group chose Cignal TV as the league’s official broadcaster inking a three-year deal to air games on multiple platforms.

“The pledge of support and encouragement not only from Cignal TV but also from the MVP Group of Companies is both reassuring and inspiring. As such, we are confident that the coverage of the PVL will be excellent to the benefit of its viewers.”
Cignal TV will be the PVL’s third broadcast partner with its previous seasons getting aired on GMA News TV and ABS-CBN’s Sports and Action channel.
Article continues after this advertisementABS-CBN’s closure, however, meant that Sports Vision had to sign a new partnership with a new broadcast partner to air the PVL and the men’s tournament Spikers’ Turf.
Cignal TV, through One Sports+, has been airing Spikers’ Turf games since 2018.
The first professional season of the PVL is being eyed to start in April.
