MANILA, Philippines — F2 Logistics captain Aby Maraño said the Cargo Movers are “still intact” as they await developments on the Philippine Superliga’s return.

The local volleyball scene has yet to make its return since the COVID-19 pandemic led to cancelations last year.

“We’re still intact the team is still solid,” Maraño assured during Tuesday’s online session of the PSA Forum.

“We’re very thankful to the team owners, the management for looking after us and remained supportive even during the pandemic,” she added.

The pandemic has forced three clubs in Petron, Generika-Ayala and Marinerang Pilipinas to take a one-year leave from the league due to the crisis.

“There are no truths to the stories that are coming out about our team. Just stay calm, we’re also staying calm. The players right now are only focused on getting better and improving their conditioning. We’re just making sure that everyone is in shape so that when it’s time for us to play, we’ll be ready.”

There is, however, no sure date as of yet as to when PSL action will return.
