MANILA, Philippines — Floyd Mayweather Jr. has no doubt that his fight with YouTube star Logan Paul will push through.

The exhibition was supposed to be on Feb. 20 but it got postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I know it’s going to happen. We’re just going to make sure everything’s right, everything’s where it should be,” Mayweather told TMZ.

No announcement has been made yet with regard to the rescheduled date.

Mayweather, who turned 44 Wednesday, said he’s not training yet but remains in good shape.

“Well, I’m not in training but I always try and maintain my weight and keep my body in some type of good condition. I’m not in the best shape of my life but I’m in good shape. I can take my shirt off at the beach,” Mayweather said.

The five-division champion last appeared in the ring back in December 2018 in Japan where he figured in an exhibition bout against Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa that lasted only one round.

Mayweather, who retired from boxing with a 50-0 record in 2017, reportedly earned $9 million for the event.
