The 26th overall pick of the 2014 Draft has four titles under his belt, all of which were won with the Beermen, where he reunited with college teammate June Mar Fajardo.
A quality role player, Heruela averaged 5.4 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 2.1 assists in 17 games for the Fuel Masters in the PBA bubble.
