MANILA, Philippines — Combo guard Jordan Heading is set to join Terrafirma after he fulfills his international duty with the national team following his selection as the first pick in the PBA Season 46 special Gilas Draft Sunday.
A product of California Baptist University, the 6-foot-2 Heading played five years in the US NCAA and had his best season as a senior for the Lancers averaging 15.23 points, 3.87 rebounds, 2.61 assists while shooting 46.1 percent from the floor and 36.1% from deep.
Ateneo’s diligent forward Will Navarro was selected second in the Gilas Draft with the lanky 6-foot-8 big heading to NorthPort.
Navarro is the fourth Blue Eagle to be selected in the Gilas Draft with college teammates Isaac Go, Matt Nieto, and Mike Nieto getting selected in 2019.
NLEX then, selected 6-foot-7 center Tzaddy Rangel as the third pick while TNT chose 6-foot-2 guard Jaydee Tungcab for the last selection in the special draft.
