MANILA, Philippines — Still recuperating from a knee injury, Thirdy Ravena saw his maiden Japanese B.League season with San-en NeoPhoenix come to an end while on the bench.
With their key cog Ravena sidelined, the NeoPhoenix wrapped up their campaign with an 80-75 loss to the Shinshu Brave Warriors at Kotobuki Arena Chikuma.
Ravena’s first stint with San-en was plagued with injuries but he was nonetheless solid when healthy.

The 24-year-old guard averaged 9.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists in close to 23 minutes per game.
Ravena, though, was able to play just 18 games after dealing with a hand injury that required surgery last January before suffering a left knee injury late last month.
He also missed the NeoPhoenix’s first 10 games of the season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
San-en finished with a 12-47 record overall.
