MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines’ Jayrack de la Noche and Alexander Iraya bowed out in the quarterfinals of the fourth Asian U21 Beach Volleyball Championships in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand on Wednesday.
Their campaign ended after an 18-21, 10-21 loss to Thailand 3’s Narakom Chumaphai and Nopphawit Puttarong.
Despite dropping out of the tournament, de la Noche and Iraya made a good account of themselves by reaching the playoff round.
