PBA postpones 2 games after 4 TNT players test positive
MANILA, Philippines — Two PBA games have been postponed due to health and safety protocols, the league announced on Tuesday.
The league had to tweak its schedule after four TNT players registered positive results for COVID-19.
Article continues after this advertisement“Four TNT Tropang Giga players have returned tests that were either positive or needs to be confirmed for COVID-19 under government approved league protocols,” the PBA said in a statement.
“They are now isolated and will be tested again. The rest of the team who tested negative are also isolated will be retested.

The clash between Terrafirma and Alaska as well as TNT’s game against Magnolia set on Wednesday have been pushed back to a later date.
According to the league, The Dyip “all tested negative” but they still have to go on isolation after playing the Tropang Giga on Saturday.
The game between Phoenix and NorthPort will push through at 3 p.m. while Alaska will be pitted against Magnolia instead at 6 p.m.
