“I told my players that the number one thing that we should focus on is the rebounds; we must always win in the rebounding,” said NU coach Eric Altamirano.
The Bulldogs did just that in their last outing, mauling the Blazers off the boards, 54-31.

Quickly plunging into action, a weary San Sebastian crew absorbed a 65-79 drubbing from Jose Rizal University on Monday night.
Two varsity stars will also face off as UAAP MVP Bobby Ray Parks leads the Bulldogs against his NCAA counterpart Calvin Abueva.
UP, Perpetual Help and St. Benilde, meanwhile, hope to rise from their poor start.
The Maroons and the Altas are the only winless squads in three games in Group A, while the Blazers remain at the Group B cellars.
