Tigresses clobber Lady Stags, remain unscathed in Shakey’s V-League
MANILA, Philippines—University of Santo Tomas made short work of San Sebastian—25-12, 25-10, 25-21—to remain unscathed in the 9th Shakey’s V-League First Conference Thursday at the Arena in San Juan.
Three Tigresses finished in double digits as Judy Caballejo finished with 13 points while guest players Mary Jane Balse and Utaiwan Kaensing chipped in 14 and 12 points, in that order.
A service error from the Lady Stags sealed the victory for the Tigresses in a tight-decision set, which was a stark contrast from the first two.
