Anton posts third record-breaking triumph
MULTI-TITLED Carlos Anton of Castrol-Yokohama–Cars Unlimited Racing dominated the Circuit Showdown anew, posting his third record-breaking triumph in as many races recently at the Batangas Racing Circuit.
Anton steered his Mark Young-Hornitex prepared CRX with a Mohspeed-tuned engine built by Morris Miranda to a blistering laptime of one minute and 45.942 seconds around the 3.5-kilometer race track.
Anton thus padded his championship lead entering the fourth round of the series in June at the Clark International Speedway.

“We are a little down on power as our car only has 215 horsepower but it corners really well,” Anton added.
