MANILA, Philippines—The game between Alaska and San Miguel Beer, originally scheduled Saturday at 4:35 p.m, has been postponed due to health and safety protocols, the PBA announced.

“It will be rescheduled at a later date following league guidelines,” the league said Saturday in a bulletin on its website.

The other match featuring Phoenix and NLEX, meanwhile, will push through at 4:35 p.m. instead of its initial time slot at 2 p.m.

FEATURED STORIES

Saturday marked just the third day of the PBA’s restart under a semi-bubble setup in Bacolor, Pampanga following a month-long COVID-19 hiatus.

All teams have played at least one game since the reboot except for NorthPort, which wasn’t included in the league’s partial schedule released Wednesday due to health protocols.

TNT, despite losing one of its stars in Ray Parks in the offseason, currently leads the pack as the lone unbeaten team left at 5-0.
