Jerwin Ancajas trains with Shawn Porter at Wild Card

MANILA, Philippines—Jerwin Ancajas has started his runs at Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles to prepare for the 10th defense of his IBF world super flyweight title.
Ancajas, whose next opponent is yet to be announced, got to train with former WBC welterweight champion Shawn Porter.
Training along Ancajas and Porter in Freddie Roach’s famed gym is Filipino slugger Jonas Sultan.
“Training time with Shawn Porter and Jonas Sultan,” posted Ancajas on Instagram.
Ancajas, whose reign as the IBF 115-pound champion began in 2016, is coming off a unanimous decision win over Jonathan Javier Rodriguez last April.
Porter, the WBC silver champion, is set to fight WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford on November 20 at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
