MANILA, Philippines—It’s safe to say that Kiefer Ravena has transitioned well into life in the B.League.

A couple of weekends and four games into the season, Ravena has already established himself as one of the Japanese pro league’s best playmakers as he ranked third in assists.

Ravena averaged 6.8 assists in the first two weekends of the season as the Shiga Lakestars took a 3-1 record, tied for best both in the league and in the West Conference.

Ahead of Ravena in the playmaking ladder are Suzuki Tatsuo of Kyoto and Togashi Yuki of Chiba who averaged 7.5 and 7.0 assists per game, respectively.

Ravena also proved to be a viable offensive and defensive threat for the Lakestars scoring 13.8 points and tallying 2.0 steals a game.

Kobe Paras is the top scoring Filipino in the B.League as he averaged 16.8 points for Niigata and Thirdy Ravena is the second-best scorer from the Philippines at 15.2 a game for San-En.
