The Tamaraws, running second in Group B at 3-1, tackle the Bombers at 3:30 p.m. with FEU coach Bert Flores worried about the team’s defense.
“We have to strengthen our defense,” said Flores. “We already solved our problem in rebounding. But now, we need a stopper.”
San Sebastian, which narrowly survived St. Benilde two days ago, tries to string up a third win versus Lyceum at 1:45 p.m.
In Group A, Letran also goes for a third triumph against the University of the Philippines at 5:15 p.m.
The Stags will rely on their explosive tandem of Calvin Abueva and Ian Sangalang after pipping the Blazers, 82-80, Wednesday.

The blockbuster match is set at 6 p.m. on June 2 after the 1 p.m. game between San Beda and Letran.
