Thirdy scores 15 in San-En rout of Koshigaya at Emperor’s Cup

MANILA, Philippines—San-En cruised to the next round after a convincing 90-76 victory over B.League second division side Koshigaya in the Emperor’s Cup Sunday at Arena Tachikawa Taichi in Tokyo.

Justin Knox finished with 24 points, six rebounds, and one steal to lead the NeoPhoenix while Thirdy Ravena added 15 points, three rebounds, five assists, and one steal.

Isaac Butts and Craig Backins led the Alphas with 22 and 20 points, respectively.

Toyama, meanwhile, held off Shimane, 81-77, in their B1-B1 matchup at Hokkaido Prefectural Sports Center.

Dwight Ramos struggled in his nearly 28 minutes of play scoring just three points on 1-of-7 from the field with three assists, one steal, and two blocks.

Julian Mavunga led the way for the Grouses with 21 points, six rebounds, and 12 assists.

Reid Travis finished with 18 points and nine rebounds for the Susanoo Magic.

Shinshu overcame Nagoya, 90-80, to advance to the next round at Kahiwada City Gymnasium.

Yudai Okada finished with 29 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and four steals to lead the Brave Warriors.

Matthew Aquino played just 1:28 in the contest with just one field goal attempt.

Coty Clarke led the Diamond Dolphins with 21 points and 11 rebounds as Bobby Ray Parks Jr. had just two points, two assists, and three steals.
