MANILA, Philippines — The losing skid continued for San-En and Shiga in the B.League on Wednesday night.

Both sides suffered disappointing losses at home with the NeoPhoenix falling at the hands of the Shinshu Brave Warriors, 92-79, and the Lakestars bowing to the Shimane Susanoo Magic, 102-94.

Kiefer Ravena, who was named Monthly MVP by Shiga, collected 14 points, six assists and two steals in a losing effort.

His younger brother Thirdy, meanwhile, had 10 points, five rebounds, one steal and a block for San-En, which slipped to 3-9.

The NeoPhoenix found themselves in a tight battle early in the fourth quarter before the Brave Warriors pulled away thanks to a blistering 18-4 run that gave them an 82-68 lead with 4:52 left.

The Lakestars, who have slid to 12th in the standings after an early share of second place, also crumbled late in the game.

Kiefer’s free throws made it a four-point game with a little over three minutes left but Shimane drew a pair of big triples from Seiya Ando’s whose final 3-pointer sealed the game at the 2:04 mark.

Ando scored 12 of his 17 points in the final frame.

Elsewhere in the league, Kobe Paras and Niigata’s miseries were compounded following a heartbreaking 82-81 loss to Kawasaki.

Paras struggled with only seven points on 2-of-12 shooting from the field.
