Bryan Bagunas stars as Oita Miyoshi finally stops skid in V.League
MANILA, Philippines—Oita Miyoshi and Bryan Bagunas put a stop to their slump taking a close five-set win over JTEKT, 25-23, 11-25, 12-25, 25-22, 15-13, in the 2021-22 Japan V.League season Saturday at CNA Arena Akita.
The Weisse Adler, who stopped their seven-game slide, improved to a 2-7 record for the ninth seed while the Stings dropped to 5-4 in the sixth spot.

Kento Miyaura led JTEKT with 23 points while Felipe Fonteles added 21 points.
The Stings and the Weisse Adler clash for the second straight time on Sunday, 11 a.m. (Manila time) at the same venue in Akita.
