MANILA, Philippines – Rain or Shine banked on its steady shooting to beat Alaska, 107-100, in the opening day of the 2012 PBA Governors’ Cup at the Ynares Sports Complex in Antipolo.

Dead-shot swingman Jeff Chan found his touch en route to 20 points for the Elasto Painters.
