MANILA, Philippines—Nagoya and Bobby Ray Parks Jr. chalked up their second straight win over Hokkaido, 89-77, in their inter-conference matchup in the 2021-22 Japan B.League season Sunday at Dolphins Arena.

The Diamond Dolphins continued their strong form as they improved to a 20-8 record for the second spot in the West Conference behind Ryukyu.

The Levanga, meanwhile, dropped to the eighth seed in the East with an 11-17 record.

Coty Clarke finished with 28 points, nine rebounds, five assists, and three steals to lead Nagoya, which won 11 of its last 12 games.

Saito Takumi added 17 points and nine assists for the Diamond Dolphins, who have won 11 of their last 12 games, while Parks struggled with four points but did a bit of everything with five rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block.

Toyama and Dwight Ramos fell to Mikawa in the second game of their weekend series, 76-70, at Wing Key Arena in Aichi.

The Grouses slipped to an 11-19 record and stayed in the eighth spot in the West while the Seahorses improved to 15-13 to stay at the fifth seed in the same conference.

Joshua Smith led Toyama with 14 points and 14 rebounds while Ramos pitched in eight points and one steal off the bench.

Niigata and Kobe Paras continued their disastrous slide as they fell to Shinshu, 89-59, at their home court of City Hall Plaza Ao-re Nagaoka.

The Albirex BB dropped to a pathetic 25th straight loss to stay at the bottom of the East Conference with a 2-26 record while the Brave Warriors improved to 12-16 to keep the seventh spot in the West.

Jeff Ayres and Nohmi Yuto led Niigata with 17 and 16 points, respectively, while Paras went scoreless in 13 minutes as a starter.

Josh Hawkinson finished with 21 points and 15 rebounds to lead Shinshu while Matthew Aquino got more than four minutes of action with two points.
