NBL: Kai Sotto, Adelaide 36ers fall to Brisbane
MANILA, Philippines—Adelaide faltered down the stretch and bowed to Brisbane, 77-73, in the Australia’s National Basketball League (NBL) Friday at Nissan Arena in Nathan.
The Brisbane Bullets trailed by 10 points, 57-67, in the fourth but got on a 16-3 run with Lamar Patterson dunking one home in transition for their 73-70 lead with 1:46 left to play.
Article continues after this advertisementEmmanuel Malou managed to put Adelaide within two, 75-73, with 13.2 seconds left but Tanner Krebs sealed the victory for Brisbane hitting two free throws with 9.8 seconds remaining.

Patterson finished with 32 points, four rebounds, six assists, and five steals for the Bullets as they improved to 5-7, half-a-game ahead of the 4-7 36ers.

Daniel Johnson led the 36ers with 15 points, 12 rebounds, and three assists.
