Jamahal Hill made quick work of Johnny Walker in their light heavyweight bout Saturday night, recording a first-round knockout at the UFC Fight Night main event at Las Vegas.

Hill connected on an overhand right to Walker’s temple at 2:55 of the opening round. Hill landed another with Walker on the deck before the referee stepped in.

“It’s time to start having a different kind of conversation, because y’all are asking the wrong questions,” Hill said in his postfight interview. “Where’s he going next? How good am I for real?”

Hill improved to 10-1 (1 NC) while Walker (18-7) has lost four of his last five fights.

Earlier, Kyle Daukaus defeated Jamie Pickett by submission (D’Arce choke) with one second to go in the first round of their catch weight fight.

The night’s other winners were Parker Porter (unanimous decision), Jim Miller (KO/TKO) and Joaquin Buckley (split decision).
