Stephen Loman added to star-studded ONE: X card

MANILA, Philippines—Bantamweight contender Stephen Loman is the latest Filipino to fight in ONE’s tenth-year anniversary event.

The No. 3 ranked Loman has been included on the ONE X card, taking on Japan’s Shoko Sato on March 26 at Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Loman, a former bantamweight champion at Brave CF, had a rousing debut at ONE Championship, stopping Yusup Saadulaev in the first round of their bout last December.

The 26-year-old Loman is the fifth Filipino on the ONE X slate.

His fellow Team Lakay warriors Eduard Folayang and Lito Adiwang are also scheduled to compete.

Folayang clashes with John Wayne Parr in a Muay Thai rules match while Adiwang figures in a key strawweight showdown with compatriot Jeremy Miado.

Second-ranked atomweight Denice Zamboanga, meanwhile, seeks redemption against No. 3 Ham Seo Hee.

Zamgoanga lost a highly-disputed decision to her South Korean rival in their Atomweight World Grand Prix quarterfinal bout in September.
