Cignal HD played no nonsense defense to frustrate fancied F2 on Sunday, with a stunning 25-14, 25-21, 19-25, 25-18 triumph moving the HD Spikers on the cusp of gaining a twice-to-beat privilege in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Open Conference many experts reserved for the powerhouse Cargo Movers at Paco Arena in Manila.
