MANILA—After missing out on the singles crown, Gelita Castillo shone with twin championships in the doubles competition of the MVP Sports Foundation-Bingo Bonanza Philippine Badminton Ranking System (PBaRS) tournament at the Pohang Badminton Courts in Bacolod City on Sunday.
