Lois Kaye Go, one of the finest Filipino amateurs who honed her skills in the United States, joins the compact field chasing honors in the ICTSI Hallow Ridge Challenge that tees off on Wednesday in San Pedro, Laguna.
On her swan song with the coming Hanoi Southeast Asian Games (SEAG), her last amateur event in May, the 22-year-old summa cum laude graduate from South Carolina will banner a small cast of amateurs playing against the pros in the P750,000 event where Princess Superal is tagged as the player to beat.
Superal will be coming off a second place finish behind another amateur in Rianne Malixi two weeks ago.
The SEAG in Vietnam will see Go shoot for a repeat of the team gold medal for the Philippines, which she helped to the title in 2019 together with Bianca Pagdanganan and Abby Arevalo.
This will be the first time that the ladies tour will make a stop at Hallow Ridge, which has been renovated to conform to international standards after it changed its name from TAT Filipinas.
Malixi departed for the United States to play in several high-profile junior events.
