MANILA, Philippines—Jimuel Pacquiao won his second straight amateur fight in the United States on Friday (Manila time).
Pacquiao showed his aggressiveness from the opening bell en route to a unanimous decision win over Johnathan Barajas in a three-rounder.
The victory came just two months after he defeated Mexican-American Andres Rosales in his first amateur bout in the US.
The fight, held at Montebello Country Club in California and shown on UFC Fight Pass, was a special attraction bout under Tom Loeffler’s 360 Promotions.
In the main event, Irish prospect Callum Walsh (3-0, 3KOs) stopped Luis Garcia in the first round.
