MANILA, Philippines—The Philippines is guaranteed of a gold medal in pool at the 31st Southeast Asian Games after Carlo Biado and Johann Chua on Tuesday arranged an all-Filipino final in men’s 9-ball singles.

Biado barged into the final round after repeating over Singapore ace Aloysius Yapp, 9-7, in the semifinal at Ha Dong Gymnasium in Vietnam.
