Toronto Raptors signed forward Justin Champagnie to multi-year contract while undrafted guard-forward Ron Harper Jr. to a two-way contract.
The team did not announce the financial terms of Champagnie’s deal.
Champagnie, 21, played with the Raptors last season on a two-way contract, splitting time with Raptors 905 of the NBA G League.
The 6-foot-6 Champagnie appeared in 36 games with the Raptors, averaging 2.3 points, 2.0 rebounds and 7.8 minutes per game. In 14 regular-season games with Raptors 905, he averaged 21.1 points, 8.3 rebounds and 36.0 minutes.

Harper was not picked in the 2022 NBA Draft but was immediately picked up by the Raptors.
The 6-foot-6 Harper, who is of Filipino descent, averaged 12.6 points and 5.1 rebounds in 121 games (109 starts) over four seasons at Rutgers.
Harper is the son of five-time NBA champion Ron Harper. His mother Maria is Filipino and a former college player for University of New Orleans before becoming a coach.
