CRANS MONTANA, SWITZERLAND —Angelo Que threw away a 3-under card on the front nine with three bogeys coming home Saturday and settled for a 71 after 54 holes of the $2.8 million Omega European Masters.   The 32-year-old winner of the Selangor Masters in Malaysia last month, who had earlier rounds of 70-69, remained at 3-under overall with a 210 total.   The lone Filipino qualifier in the event jointly sanctioned by the Asian Tour and the European Tour was in a nine-way tie for 43rd place, 14 shots off Spanish veteran Miguel Angel Jimenez, who kept his overnight three-shot lead with a 68 for 196.   Que, ninth overall on the Asian Tour’s Order of Merit, got it down to six under overall with birdies on the fifth, seventh and ninth holes of the sun-splashed Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club set amidst the Swiss Alps. But he bogeyed the 10th, 11th and 13th to finish with a 38 after his inward 33.
The 46-year-old Jimenez finished strongly with two birdies over his closing four holes to keep his lead over Italian Edoardo Molinari (68).
