MANILA, Philippines – Filipino boxer Ernie Sanchez bested Wilton Hilario via unanimous decision Sunday morning (Manila Time) in the curtain-raiser of the Pacquiao-Bradley match at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Sanchez, who was hailed from General Santos City, hiked his record to 13-3 -5 knockouts ( KOs) after dominating Hilario of St. Louis Park, Minnesota in eight rounds.
The judges scored the slugfest, 79-73, 78-74, 78-74 in favor Sanchez.
