MANILA, Philippines – Despite his defeat, Manny Pacquiao remained a “source of inspiration,” for Filipinos, Vice President Jejomar Binay said on Sunday.
“Manny fought hard and has shown he has the true heart of a champion,” Binay said.
“He remains a source of inspiration for the Filipino people,” the Vice President added.
